All you have to do is the following:
To request an electrical survey for a commercial or industrial property:
Please either call us or send us an E-mail detailing the size of the premises and what the premises were lastly used for so that we will be aware of any potential hazards or risks
We can then call you and quote for the cost of the survey and await your instruction
To request an electrical survey for a domestic dwelling:
You may call us or E-mail us
You must tell us the address of the property
You must tell us who has the keys for access - such as the agent and at which office
You must include your contact telephone number - or that of the agent if you have it
You must tell us if you are aware of any particular time that we can or cannot visit the property
We will then carry out your survey for you and invoice you for £50 (fifty pounds)
Or you may pay now via PayPal or credit card if that is easier for you as we will be notified of your payment and we can then E-mail your survey to you as soon as we have completed it!
We will beat any quotation and we do cover all areas of the UK
If you cannot see what you want then call us because we will help you find it
Electrical Surveys
Request an electrical survey now!
We are often asked to provide an electrical survey for a mortgage company when either an industrial, commercial or domestic property is for sale or about to be purchased.
There is a charge for this service but it is redeemable against the cost of a minimum amount of work subsequently being carried out on the property by us.
For a domestic house we currently charge £50 for an electrical survey but that is not a periodic inspection & test. It is a visual inspection only, that is comprehensive, and from that we should be able to tell you the general state of the wiring and fixtures that are accessible to us.
If you then spend over £400 with us for any form of electrical work to be carried out on that particular property, then we would credit you £50 towards those costs.
